From the outset, the vision of our founders has been to build an investment company defined by long-term ownership, strong partnerships, and responsible value creation. We have steadily expanded our presence across the UK by pursuing a targeted strategy of acquiring both platform businesses and bolt-on investments, supporting our buy-and-build strategies.
