Sameer co-founded RD Capital Partners with his wife Iryna in the summer of 2015. He splits his time between capital allocation, deal origination and portfolio management. Sameer started his career in investment banking, working at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in London. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from McGill University in Canada. Sameer is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder. He was the youngest CFA in the history of the institute when he received the honour in 2015. Sameer has also been recognised on the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 Finance list. Sameer is married to Iryna, and they are proud parents of four young children.

Iryna co-founded RD Capital Partners with her husband Sameer in the summer of 2015. As Chief Strategy Officer, Iryna is the head of the investment committee and has final say on investment decisions. Prior to RDCP, Iryna worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London as an investment banker. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Kings College London (KCL) and a master’s degree in economics from University College London (UCL). Iryna is married to Sameer, and they are proud parents of four young children.

Martin joined RD Capital Partners in 2023 and leads all legal aspects at RDCP. He has over 20 years of legal experience, having advised clients on commercial transactions globally. Prior to RDCP, Martin was a Partner at Armstrong Teasdale. Martin also worked at Teacher Stern and Eversheds. He is consistently recognised by the Legal 500 for advising on M&A transactions. Martin studied Law at University College Dublin and is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Law Society of Ireland. Martin also has an MBA.

Fuzail is an Investment Director at RDCP in the USA, leading the Group’s healthcare investments and operations in the States. Fuzail is the founder of STAR Capital, R&R Care Operation, and an operator-led investor focused on acquiring and building durable, cash-flowing businesses in regulated and essential-service sectors. With deep experience in multi-site healthcare operations, he has led the ownership and operation of assisted living and residential care platforms across the Eastern United States. His investment philosophy combines disciplined acquisitions, hands-on operational oversight, and a long-term approach to value creation.

Steve is RDCP’s Chief Financial Director, having previously served as Finance Director at one of the Group’s portfolio companies, Whitefurze. Bringing over 38 years of experience across senior accountancy and financial leadership roles. Practice-trained, he has held a range of senior positions spanning warehouse and distribution, facilities management and aerospace manufacturing, developing a strong understanding of both the commercial and operational drivers of business performance.
His career includes Financial Controller roles at ABB (warehouse and distribution) and Serco and Vinci Facilities (facilities management), as well as FP&A leadership at Meggitt Aerospace. This broad sector experience has given him deep insight into manufacturing, logistics, sales distribution, tendering, and end-to-end operational finance.
Steve also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, ERP system implementation and upgrades, and works confidently across a range of systems including SAP, Sage, Oracle, OpenAccounts and advanced Microsoft Office tools. He combines technical expertise with a practical, hands-on approach to supporting business performance and decision-making.

Paul is an Investment Director at RDCP and CEO of RDCP Electrical, leading the Group’s industrials sector. Paul has over 25 years of leadership experience at blue-chip businesses including CEF, Rexel, Eland Cables and Cleveland Cable Company, and previously served for over five years in the Royal Navy. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Central Lancashire and an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire.

Rosie is an Investment Director at RDCP and Managing Director of RDCP Care, leading the Group’s healthcare investments and operations. She has worked closely with the founders since 2016 and brings over 30 years of care home management experience, having held senior roles at Embrace Care, Avery Healthcare and Restful Homes. Rosie holds an undergrad degree from Staffordshire University and is a qualified nurse.

Dalbir Bains is the Group Financial Controller at RDCP, responsible for overseeing financial strategy, fiscal governance and commercial performance across the group. She brings extensive experience to the role, with over two decades of financial leadership spanning the construction, manufacturing and care sectors. Dalbir has a strong track record in thoughtful leadership and building high-performing, collaborative finance teams, with a focus on embedding robust financial processes that support operational delivery and directly strengthen the quality of service delivered across the group.

Kerry is an experienced care sector professional with expertise spanning marketing, dementia care, wellbeing, commissioning, and customer engagement. Throughout her career she has worked with care providers to enhance resident experiences, strengthen community connections, and support sustainable occupancy growth.
Her diverse background provides a unique understanding of both the operational realities of care delivery and the expectations of prospective residents and their families. This enables her to develop marketing strategies that are authentic, evidence-based, and firmly rooted in the lived experiences of residents.
Currently studying for a Master's degree in Dementia, Kerry has a particular interest in person-centred care, life history work, and innovative approaches to supporting people living with dementia. She is passionate about using storytelling, digital media, and community engagement to highlight the exceptional work carried out by care teams every day.
As Marketing Manager for RDCP Care, Kerry oversees the group's marketing and communications strategy, supporting its homes to build trusted local reputations and helping families make informed decisions about care.
