After over 20 years as a track engineer, Richard has extensive knowledge in all aspects of rail civil engineering, including rail inspections, maintenance, and renewals.
Prior to establishing Alma, Richard managed and directed track projects at a number of large organisations, including Network Rail and Jarvis Rail.
Richard has been instrumental in developing Alma, managing project delivery and overseeing 17 routine inspection and maintenance contracts.
