Dave is Chief Executive Officer of i4Plus, leading operational performance and strategic growth across the group’s engineering businesses. He brings over 30 years of experience in aerospace, mechanical and electronics engineering, with a strong track record in M&A, change management and value creation. David has held senior leadership roles at The Pexion Group, CAE Group and Blackburn Microtech Solutions, and holds an MBA from the University of Hull and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Salford.

Darren is Chief Commercial Officer of i4Plus, responsible for driving revenue growth and commercial strategy across the group’s industrial and engineering businesses. He brings over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering-led organisations, having held senior roles at Beldam Crossley, Oliver Twinsafe Valves, Flexitallic and Garlock. Darren has a strong track record in sales leadership, international expansion and new business development.

Since its acquisition in 2023, the business has strengthened its operational capabilities and reinforced its position as a specialist precision engineering group. Working closely with management, RDCP has supported investment in people, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and responsiveness across the organisation.
This has enabled the business to improve its delivery performance, deepen customer relationships, and better serve high-specification sectors such as aerospace, defence, automotive, and energy. As a result, the business is well positioned for continued growth, supported by a stronger platform and a clear focus on long-term value creation.
