Fuzail is the founder of STAR Capital, R&R Care Operation, and an operator-led investor focused on acquiring and building durable, cash-flowing businesses in regulated and essential-service sectors. With deep experience in multi-site healthcare operations, he has led the ownership and operation of assisted living and residential care platforms across the Eastern United States. Prior to STAR Capital, he was a Director at RD Capital Partners LLC, a UK-based healthcare investment firm with more than £600 million in assets under management. His investment philosophy combines disciplined acquisitions, hands-on operational oversight, and a long-term approach to value creation.

STAR Care represents RDCP’s first investment in the United States and an important step in our long-term international expansion strategy. While our core focus remains on the UK, we see the US as a key strategic market with significant long-term opportunities.
This initial investment provides a platform to build local expertise and selectively pursue further high-quality opportunities as part of a disciplined and sustainable expansion approach.
