The team is supported day-to-day by a dedicated and capable workforce across warehousing, transport coordination, and customer support functions, enabling the business to consistently deliver high levels of service, including reliable next-day regional delivery and nationwide fulfilment through established logistics partnerships.

Vipin is Group Investment Director at RDCP, operating at board level with responsibility for governance, performance oversight, and value creation across the FMCG wholesale portfolio businesses.
With over 33 years of experience across the wholesale, retail, and FMCG sectors, she specialises in business transformation, operational restructuring, and value creation within both founder-led and investor-backed environments.
Vipin has held multiple Managing Director roles, successfully leading businesses through periods of growth, restructuring, and operational change. She is recognised for her ability to bring structure, discipline, and clarity to complex organisations.
She also holds professional qualifications in Corporate Governance and Directorship, MCIPS, and Finance (AAT Level 4), underpinning her strong commercial and governance expertise.

Since its acquisition by RDCP, we have strengthened our operational platform and reinforced our position as a reliable, service-led distributor within the convenience sector. In partnership with management, we have improved efficiency, enhanced supplier relationships, and expanded our customer base while maintaining strong next-day delivery and competitive pricing.
Investment in systems, processes, and infrastructure has supported growth in volumes and service levels, enabling effective scaling. We are now well positioned for continued growth, supported by a resilient model and diversified customer base.
