The team is supported day-to-day by a dedicated and capable workforce across warehousing, transport coordination, and customer support functions, enabling the business to consistently deliver high levels of service, including reliable next-day regional delivery and nationwide fulfilment through established logistics partnerships.

Vipin is an Investment Director at RDCP and Managing Director of RDCP Wholesale, leading the Group’s consumer staples sector. Vipin brings over 25 years of experience in wholesale, procurement and supply chain management, having held senior leadership roles at SOS Wholesale, The Soft Drinks Company, and Asiana. She is MCIPS qualified and has a background in buying, supplier negotiation and large-scale distribution operations.

Operating from a strategically located, purpose-built site in Sheffield, the business is well positioned to service the surrounding region with ease. We serve a diverse customer base across the convenience sector, ranging from independent retailers to local authorities, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to varying needs.
Our journey
Since its acquisition by RDCP, we have strengthened our operational platform and reinforced our position as a reliable, service-led distributor within the convenience sector. In partnership with management, we have improved efficiency, enhanced supplier relationships, and expanded our customer base while maintaining strong next-day delivery and competitive pricing.
Investment in systems, processes, and infrastructure has supported growth in volumes and service levels, enabling effective scaling. We are now well positioned for continued growth, supported by a resilient model and diversified customer base.
